After getting the receipts from you, I updated the packs records. To =
say the least, the packs expenses have been significantly more per scout =
than prior years. The current funds are $1336.96. A large part of the =
decrease in funds is due to the Blue and Gold dinner, which cost =
$858.96.

March 2002, the pack had around $2800.00. This value was after the =
second fundraiser and after the summertime reservations had been paid. =
To be in good shape, I think that the pack must bring in at least =
$500.00 to $800.00 with the remaining fundraiser and dues buyouts. I am =
not sure if the pack can realistically bring in this much money with so =
few scouts.

My suggestions are that the pack minimize its expenses for the remainder =
of this year in throughout part of next year. The blue and gold dinner =
can be significantly cheaper with a bring your own food pot luck dinner.
