Hello,

I looked up last year's Blue and Gold dinner receipts.  There were 28 large 
pan pizzas from Pizza Hut.  With tax, the total came to $334.11.  I am not 
sure how many people attended last year's dinner.  Kelly Mathews might know 
since she coordinated the dinner.

I will bring a sign up sheet to the next pack meeting.  I think it would be a 
good idea to have each family note how large their group will be.

There is a large quantity of Blue and Gold dinner supplies in the storage 
locker.  I made an inventory of the items and can give the list to the person 
responsible for the dinner coordination.  The only nonfood items that need to 
be purchased are paper plates, plastic forks, and possibly napkins.
